A "Bulker unloading pump" is a specialized industrial pump used to efficiently transfer bulk cement & fly ash from a Bulker, by compressing air out and discharging it into another vessel or storage tank. Mainly, these are the twin lube unloading pump leads to higher volume & lower pressure, making it easy to unload the material in a short duration of time.
